TFC's Accelerate Campaign goes full throttle
TFC Homeloans, part of the Orbiter Group, has announced that for a limited time only it will be lowering its application fee to just £89 across its lender panel.
This latest enhancement to the campaign which will run in conjunction with TFC's free remortgage legals sees the opportunity for brokers to save their client hundreds of pounds in fees. The reduced application fee is available on purchases and remortgages and includes the cost of valuation on property values up to £1,000,000.

We are expecting our market leading £89 application fee to be a welcome change for brokers who are unfortunately more used to rates and fees going up rather than down."
To be eligible for the £89 application fee and free remortgage legals, applications must be submitted via TFC's mortgage enquiry and case processing IT system 'Gravity'. In addition, to receive free remortgage legals the client must agree to use TFC's in house valuers and solicitors and cover the cost of standard disbursements.
