You can add a fixed price remortgage legal pack on freehold, leasehold, buy to let, and right to buy products from any of our eight branded lenders. The process is underpinned by London & European's all-inclusive Title Insurance Policy and supported by a TFC Homeloans' approved panel of solicitors. A request for redemption statements is sent to the outgoing lender. The solicitor will then request funds for completion.
