These new exclusives see Minor, Light and Medium 3 year fixed rates dropped by 0.40% and now starting from 6.94%. Almost prime have been reduced by 0.20% for RAMP members and are available from 6.84%.

At a time when borrowers may be considering re-mortgages, TFC Homeloans is also able to offer free remortgage legals on these exclusives with the exception of Almost Prime products.

All TFC's products including these latest exclusives, are available for sourcing on ‘Gravity’, the mortgage distributor’s new IT system. Currently, Gravity offers TFC's brokers a DIP turnaround which is normally less than four hours in addition to online applications.
