TFC to offer Platform's reduced rates with £89 application fee

Specialist mortgage packager TFC Homeloans, part of the Orbiter Group, has confirmed it will be offering Platform's new range with its recently introduced £89 application fee including valuation.

TFC's low application fee, which is available for a limited time only, will save clients over £400 in fees compared to dealing directly with the lender. In addition TFC is also currently offering free legals on all remortgages, giving brokers the opportunity to save their clients even more money.

TFC Homeloans, one of the selected distributors to remain firmly on Platform's packager panel, lowered its application fee last week as part of its accelerate campaign and just over a week later is already experiencing an uplift in business enquiries and new registrations.

Pete Thomson, Sales & Marketing Director for Orbiter Group explains "Our £89 application fee has already generated an increase in business through the door since launch, suggesting it came as a welcome relief to brokers finding it difficult to source attractive deals for their clients. We expect that this latest product launch from Platform, which bucks the trend of recent rate increases will be equally well received by our brokers."

The TFC Homeloans £89 application fee applies to mortgage applications submitted via TFC's IT system Gravity for all TFC's lenders with the exception of BM Solutions. Free valuations are available on purchases and remortgages in England & Wales where the property value is less than £1,000,000. Free legals are available on standard remortgage transactions with all lenders except The Cheshire Mortgage Corporation, which proceed to completion.
