Thanks to enhanced functionality within their IT system Gravity, the specialist mortgage distributor TFC Homeloans is now providing its brokers faster offers and completions than ever before.

On all First National and Beacon applications TFC is offering same day processing of the case including same day instruction of valuation and same day communication of outstanding requirements to package the case. This applies to all deals submitted online via its market leading IT system ‘Gravity’ before 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

Aiden Melling from Brian J Melling Financial Services commented “My First National case was sent in on the Tuesday, offered the following Monday and completed on the Tuesday of the following week. That’s only 2 weeks to completion! I’m really impressed!”

Currently, TFC are focusing on delivering faster offers and completions on all First National and Beacon deals however, they intend to widen this service delivery to additional lenders in the coming weeks.

Jennifer Wilson Marketing Manager at TFC Homeloans explains, “Gravity’s online application system means that we can start processing the application from the moment the broker clicks ‘submit’. As soon as we receive the application fee we instruct the valuation and produce the list of outstanding requirements for the broker so they can go straight back to their client and discuss everything in one go. Using Gravity we have been able to produce offers in as little as 3 working days and completions in 10 working days. We also pay all commission payments to our brokers via BACS the following Friday after completion so from start to finish the process is very quick and efficient.”
