Following the announcement that Victoria Mortgage Funding Limited have been placed in administration, TFC Homeloans have agreed to honour all Victoria procuration fee payments to their brokers.

This is despite the current situation where the administrators cannot promise if any outstanding commissions payable will be forthcoming.

Brian Pitt, Non Executive Director at TFC Homeloans says "In what is one of the most difficult markets I can remember, we have made a decision to pay all outstanding commissions for Victoria cases. This reflects not only the strength of our business, but confirms that although the current market is unpredictable, the continuing growth of TFC Homeloans can be relied on to deliver excellent service levels and maintain strong relationships at all times".
