At the same time, lenders who have previously been flexible in extending offers beyond the stated expiry date are advising us that this facility is no longer available.

Please ensure that you send all post offer documentation to TFC or the lender at the earliest opportunity, to ensure that your client's offered rate is retained. It may also be useful to ensure that the solicitor in the transaction and your client are aware of the deadlines.
