TFC moves to new premises

Mortgage packager TFC Homeloans, part of the Orbiter group of companies is moving to new offices on Monday the 21st of July. TFC, which has been based at Bladen House for more than 10 years, has announced it is transferring its operations to the group headquarters in the centre of Warrington.
 
Formed in March 2008, the Orbiter Group includes, TFC Homeloans, Orbiter Distribution, Oppono, Mortgage Branding and Home estate agency. TFC's move to the group’s head office comes just a few weeks before the planned launch of the new mortgage sourcing system 'Orbiter'. This new entrant into the mortgage sourcing market will offer users the ability to accurately source mortgage products and then choose to submit their application via a packager or directly to the lender.
 
Pete Thompson Sales & Marketing Director explains, "The cohesion of all of the companies within the group, along with communication and processes, will be facilitated by bringing the businesses closer together. A great deal of planning has gone into this move to transfer us the short distance from where we are now into the centre of Warrington, therefore we expect it to be business as usual on Monday as far as our brokers are concerned."
