TFC to launch 'Prestige' Service to boost broker earnings

TFC Homeloans, part of the Orbiter Group, is re-launching its 'Prestige' service for large loan sizes. On applications where the loan size is £300,000 or more the application fee will be £149 for all applications plus TFC will offer free remortgage legals, fast track processing and a £100 online bonus to the broker for submitting the application via its Gravity system.

TFC Prestige was originally offered in 2006 but is back for 2008 as part of TFC's 'Accelerate your Business' campaign. The 'Prestige' service will see TFC's standard application fee scale waived for large loan sizes and dedicated case handling from the specialist mortgage distributor's most experienced underwriting and completions staff.

The TFC Homeloans Prestige offer applies for mortgage applications above £300,000 and property valuations below £1,000,000 in England & Wales from authorised intermediaries, submitting cases via TFC's IT system Gravity. The £100 prestige online application bonus will be paid directly to the broker on completion. Free legals are available on standard remortgage transactions which proceed to completion.
