TFC Homeloans has announced it will expand its offer of free legals and a £99 application fee on First National and Beacon remortgages to all lenders on the TFC panel with the exception of BM Solutions and Kensington.

TFC Homeloans launched the 'accelerate your business campaign' in February this year to help its brokers maximise their business opportunities. Regular emails from TFC inform brokers of headline rates and potential cost savings to help keep them offer their clients the best deal possible. This latest enhancement to the campaign sees the opportunity for brokers to save their client hundreds of pounds in reduced fees.

Jennifer Wilson marketing manager at TFC Homeloans explains, "Owing to a great deal of positive feedback about our free remortgage legals and £99 application fee we have decided to widen the offering. TFC has seen a significant upturn in business since we launched the reduced application fee and free legals with First National and Beacon; thanks to our time saving IT system we believe we can easily cope with the influx of business expanding the offer across our lender panel is set to bring."

To be eligible for the free legals and £99 application fee (which includes the cost of valuation), remortgage applications must be submitted via TFC's mortgage enquiry and case processing IT system. The client must also agree to using TFC's in house valuers and solicitors and cover the cost of standard disbursements.
