TFC have announced that they will be increasing the procuration fees paid to mortgage intermediaries who submit First National applications via Gravity.
 
First National was the first lender to be fully integrate their systems with Gravity, offering brokers instant KFIs. Now, thanks to enhanced functionality within their IT system Gravity developed earlier this year, TFC Homeloans is providing its brokers faster offers and completions than ever before. Due to these increases efficiencies, TFC has decided to pass on their cost savings to their brokers.
 
On all First National applications TFC is offering same day processing of the case including same day instruction of valuation and same day communication of outstanding requirements to package the case. This applies to all deals submitted online via its market leading IT system Gravity before 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
Jennifer Wilson Marketing Manager at TFC Homeloans explains, “Gravity’s online application system means that we can process First National more quickly and efficiently than ever before. As soon as we receive the application fee we instruct the valuation and produce the list of outstanding requirements for the broker so they can go straight back to their client and discuss everything in one go. Using Gravity we have been able to produce offers in as little as 3 working days and completions in 10 working days which means the client is impressed by the fast completion and the broker receives his payment much more quickly than usual”.
 
All TFC commission payments are paid to brokers via BACS the following Friday after completion’.
