TFC extends low application fee to purchases

TFC Homeloans, part of the Orbiter group of companies, has launched a fixed price application fee of £149 on both purchases and remortgages as part of a initiative to help save clients even more money.

Ian Scarrott, Sales Manager at TFC Homeloans explains "We already offer free legals on all remortgages but have now decided to offer a low fixed fee for all applications as well. This can offer huge savings from our standard application fee scale, especially on larger loan sizes where the client could save over £650 on a remortgage and nearly £300 on purchases.

TFC's fixed price application fee is available when applying online for a purchase or remortgage with one of TFC's panel lenders with the exception of BM Solutions and Kensington. Free legals (which exclude disbursements) are available on standard remortgages in England & Wales when using TFC's nominated solicitors.
