TFC Homeloans has reported that over 90% of its brokers are now using its new IT system known as Gravity. TFC says the system means that DIP turnaround is now standing at under four hours for over 90% of cases.

TFC Homeloans was instrumental in helping develop Gravity and the first company to roll out the system to its broker database.

In addition, during the month of November, TFC reports that over 80% of all applications were received online.

In the current climate brokers are still using us to source and package cases on their behalf, contradicting market commentators who again predict the demise of packagers. We do see the need to continually update our service levels and Gravity offers us that opportunity. We are continuing to develop the system further with a number of new features to be launched in the New Year."
