TFC Homeloans believes it will be the first choice for mortgage intermediaries in 2008. The leading distributor, has today unveiled a number of new initiatives to further enhance its product and service offering.

TFC plans to expand their lender panel which will take them from 13 partners to 17 by the end of February. Following the addition of The Mortgage Business last month, TFC has today confirmed that BM Solutions is the first of four new lenders to align itself with the specialist mortgage distributor.

Jennifer Wilson marketing manager at TFC Homeloans explains "We have a number of positive changes taking place over the coming weeks and months of which the expansion of our lender panel is just the first. TFC has always aimed to deliver what our brokers ask of us and following recent market research we identified a number of lenders which we felt would add value to our product and service proposition. We have recently entered into talks with these lenders and are excited about the enhanced product choice we will be able to offer our brokers in 2008."

During the first quarter of 2008, TFC Homeloans also plans to make some significant developments to its IT system 'Gravity' with the addition of more direct links to its lenders’ systems to provide brokers with more instant KFIs and binding decisions. Brokers will also soon be able to benefit from the automatic production of accurate outstanding information lists showing everything required to package each case. TFC plan to keep their brokers informed of these updates via its website www.tfchomeloans.com and new weekly communication called 'Select' which will keep registered brokers informed of all relevant news.

Jennifer Wilson continues, "We believe that given the choice, brokers will use an IT system that makes the mortgage application process to be as quick and easy as possible and Gravity was created to do just that. These developments, which are being worked on at the moment, should be going live over the coming weeks and will offer brokers a unique level of service which means they can deliver a highly competitive service to their clients."
