TFC Homeloans is now offering a £99 application fee on all deals placed with Beacon. Reducing the application fee on Beacon products and offering free remortgage legals coincides with the launch of Beacon's latest product range which features extremely competitive rates from as little at 5.88%.

The offer, which will be available for a limited time only, is available to all mortgage intermediaries in England and Wales submitting applications for both Beacon and First National products to TFC Homeloans via its time saving IT system Gravity.

TFC can offer an unprecedented service on both Beacon and First National deals including same day instruction of valuation and communication of all the outstanding requirements to package the case. This applies to all deals submitted online via its market leading IT system Gravity before 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
