Free Legals on Remortgages
TFC is offering free legals on standard remortgages in England & Wales when using TFC's nominated solicitors.
Free legals are available on all TFC's lenders with the exception of BM Solutions and The Cheshire Mortgage Corporation where only one charge is registered against the property and provided the transaction proceeds to completion. Disbursements will be the responsibility of the borrower's. Fees available on request from the nominated solicitors.

The Prestige offer applies on loan values over £300,000 and valuations up to £1,000,000 submitted via TFC's Gravity system and is available for standard remortgage transactions or house purchases which proceed to completion. £89 application fee is not available on new build products from BM Solutions. The £100 Prestige online application bonus will be paid directly to the broker on completion. Free legals are available on all lenders, with the exception of The Cheshire Mortgage Corporation, on standard remortgages in England and Wales where the client agrees to use TFC's nominated solicitors, where only one charge is registered against the property and provided the transaction proceeds to completion.
