We are happy to produce a KFI for you for all Platform cases. However, due to demand, we are only able to produce one KFI per application. The minimum turnaround time to generate a KFI is currently 48 hours. To take advantage of this service please complete our KFI request form below.

Please note TFC Homeloans can only produce a Platform KFI for mortgage intermediaries registered with Platform. You can register with Platform by completing the Introducer Application Form available from the Intermediary Centre of their website.
