How We Work

Stage 1 - Obtain a dip

  1. Submit your enquiry via Gravity our DIP and case processing system. Find out more about Gravity
  2. Your enquiry will be received by our New Business Team who will do a full credit check and use Gravity to source the best possible deal for your client.
  3. You will be notified instantly via Gravity when suitable products are available for selection which you will then be able to compare side by side.

Stage 2 - Complete the TFC Application Process

  1. Once you have chosen the product you wish to continue with, click 'Select for Application'. You will need to complete the fees and insurance section before being taken to Gravity's application form.
  2. Once you have completed the online application form 'show app' to produce the full application pack.
  3. Ensure your client signs the application form and declarations and then post to TFC Homeloans along with payment or credit card details to cover any application fee due.

You can Check on the progress of your case at any time by logging onto Gravity or contacting your TFC Underwriter on 08456 444 222 and select option 1. 

 

Stage 3 - Let us do the rest of the work for you!

  1. You will be contacted when your case has been received and assigned a TFC underwriter who will see the case through to offer.
  2. Once we have all the necessary information, an offer will be produced by one of our lender's in-house underwriters.
  3. Our completion team who will inform you of the conditions of offer and continue to liaise with you and your client's solicitor through to completion.
