Log of technical updates
13/11/07 - Cases appear ‘grayed out’
Following a technical update on Wednesday 7th November some Gravity cases were appearing ‘grayed out’ and
could not be edited. This problem has now been rectified on our system but if you do still experience any
problems accessing cases please contact our Gravity support team on as this can be quickly resolved.
06/07/07 - Unhandled Exception
If have you have not updated your version of Gravity since 28/06/2007 you may
experience an 'Unhandled Exception' warning and experience some difficulty connecting
to the live system. This problem is easily remedied by performing a manual update.
To manually update:
Go to your Windows task bar, select "Start" > "Programs" > "Oppono" > "Utility"/"Console"
and type or click on "Get Gravity".
Releases of Gravity since 28/06/07 will update automatically and therefore will not
require a manual update.
