Before using Gravity you must be registered with TFC Homeloans. If you have not already registered with
TFC, you can register online or contact our internal sales team. To speak to a
member of our internal sales team please call 08456 444 222 and select option 4. Once we have your
details we will contact you with your Gravity username and password and details of your business
development manager who will be on hand to help get you started using the system.
Once you have your Gravity user name and password you’re ready to install the system.
i. Install the Windows updater
Prior to installing our new Gravity software, you will need to install an update directly from Microsoft
which can be downloaded by clicking here. For instructions to help you with the download of this Microsoft
update please click here.
ii. Download Gravity
Before downloading this latest version of Gravity, please ensure that you uninstall any previous version
of the system. Once you are sure than any previous versions have been uninstalled click the link below to
begin the Gravity download.
To log in to Gravity please click on the Gravity icon that will have been installed on your desktop, alternatively
you can locate 'Oppono' under 'All Programs' accessible from your 'Start' menu and select 'Gravity'. When the log
in window opens you will need to enter the username and password provided by our internal sales team.
