For a limited time only TFC are offering an £149 flat application fee (including valuation) saving up to £250 on our standard application fees. The £149 application fee is available for all lenders with the exception of BM solutions, Beacon and Platform exclusives on residential mortgage applications for properties valued up to £1,000,000.
Applications for Platforms exclusive products carry an application fee of £89.00
Applications for BM Solutions mortgage products carry our standard prime application fee.
Applications for Beacon products carry an application fee of £299 non refundable.
