Should a case be unacceptable to one lender, we will immediately cascade your clients' application across our entire lender panel.
How we work:
Submit a decision in principle enquiry via Gravity, complete our prepopulated application form and submit online then collect one application fee and we'll do the rest of the hard work for you. Each application is then assigned a dedicated underwriter, who will see the case through to offer. Once one of our in house lender underwriters has made an offer, our in house completions team will liaise with you and your client's solicitor to ensure a fast completion to the case.
Our whole application process is made quick and convenient using our market leading IT system Gravity provides a fast DIP turnaround and allow syou to monitor the progress of your case online at any time.
