How we work:
Obtain a quick decision in principle, complete one generic application form and collect one application fee then we do the hard work for you. Each application is then assigned two dedicated underwriters, who will see the case through to offer. Once one of our in house lender underwriters has made an offer, our in house completions team will liaise with you and your client's solicitor to ensure a fast completion to the case.
