At TFC, we are more than happy to produce KFIs on your behalf for GMAC and Platform cases. We also provide the following services to help you to easily produce compliant KFIs for our other lender partners.
We are unable to supply KFI documents for buy to let mortgages due to the non-FSA regulatory status of BTL mortgages.
White label KFI generators
You can access KFI generators for igroup and First National directly from our website. Just click on the appropriate logo below for the lender you require.
For First National, Near Prime & Near Prime + the product code is GEN1007 and for First Time Buyer + through to High the product code is GEG1007 (excluding Near prime & Near Prime +). For Buy to Let products the code is BTL1007.
Access to our lenders' KFI generators
Kensington, Beacon and The Mortgage Works all provide KFI generators via their own websites. Just click on the appropriate logo below to be taken directly to the generator you require.
Assistance producing KFIs for certain lenders
We are happy to produce a KFI for you for all GMAC and Platform cases. However, due to demand, we are only able to produce one KFI per application. To take advantage of this service please click on the appropriate logo below to access our KFI request forms.
Access to KFI generators via Trigold
Nearly all of our exclusives and best selling products are available for sourcing on Trigold where you can generate a KFI for the product you select.
