Blemain Finance launches new range
Blemain Finance has launched a new secured loan product range with many improvements from the existing range. They will now lend to a maximum LTV of 77.5% and have increased the loan available at this LTV to £100,000 (previously £35,000). They have also introduced a new Large Loan plan which accommodates loans up to £500,000. Many other changes have been made to make sure we can say ‘yes’ to more of your deals!
